These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between you and Babyndex, Sinfonic Innovation Management Bt., a Hungarian company ("the Company"), for use of the Babyndex® mobile application, the babyndex.eu website, and all related services.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or accessing the App you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Medical services disclaimer
The Company is not a licensed medical care provider and the App is not intended to replace professional medical advice or to diagnose, treat, or manage any illness or medical condition, and it is not a birth control method.
Registration and eligibility
Personal data is held under our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Your use of the App
- Do not resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App
- Do not modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
- Do not upload harmful or unlawful content
- Do not use the App to compile data for a competitive product
Warranty disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms will not exceed the amounts you have paid to the Company, or €50 if you have made no payments.
Physical products and CE certification
The Babyndex ovulation microscope bears the CE marking. Notified Body 0483 has granted the EC Design Examination Certificate under Directive 98/79/EC.
Return policy
Our return policy for items purchased through the webshop lasts fourteen (14) days. Additionally, if the saliva test does not work for you across a full cycle, return the microscope and we will refund its price.
Governing law
Any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the European Union. Any cause of action must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim arises.
